The Firm’s Clients include construction and real estate companies for which the Firm manages the development operations for urban planning and real estate projects and obtaining permits, licences and authorisations. In addition, the Firm assists its Clients in real estate investment transactions, funding, disposals and valuation transactions, and sale/purchase and lease agreements.
Historically ERGON LEGAL assists engineering companies which operate as general contractors, rather than contractors and subcontractors in the negotiations of tender contracts for works, and in particular, for constructions, managing those contracts during the execution of such works, as well as in the litigation and disputes which may arise.
